Directions:
Rub each steak with corn oil. Season with roasting salt. Set grill to medium high. Grill steaks over direct heat to create a light char crust. Finish grilling using indirect heat to desired temperature.

- 6 USDA Prime bone ribeye steaks
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 3 Tbs Gibsons Roasting Salt

- 6 each large sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs Gibsons Roasting Salt
- 1 lb whipped butter
- 8 fl oz 100% maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 4 Tbs Jim Beam Bourbon
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
