Grilled Gibsons Prime Steaks
Serves 6

Ingredients:
  • 6 USDA Prime bone ribeye steaks
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 3 Tbs Gibsons Roasting Salt

Directions:
Rub each steak with corn oil. Season with roasting salt. Set grill to medium high. Grill steaks over direct heat to create a light char crust. Finish grilling using indirect heat to desired temperature.

Baked Sweet Potato with Maple Bourbon Butter

Ingredients:
  • 6 each large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs Gibsons Roasting Salt
  • 1 lb whipped butter
  • 8 fl oz 100% maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 4 Tbs Jim Beam Bourbon
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
