Cajun Microwave
Cajun Microwaves are a unique combination of moisture-preserving oven, charcoal grill and griddle. Hand crafted from only furniture-grade Louisiana cypress and durable stainless steel. The cover is a coal bed, which radiates heat throughout the interior of the microwave like a roasting box, where your food cooks slowly & evenly. A removable thermometer allows monitoring of the interior temperature. The top functions as a grill (griddle attachment also available). Grill burgers and hot dogs on top and roast a pig or chickens inside, at the same time. Can be personalized with custom laser etching on cypress panels with your name, team insignia or company logo.

Thermacell Outdoor Lantern
The ThermaCELL Outdoor Insect-Repellent Lantern is the best option for keeping mosquitoes and other insects in any outdoor camping setting. The Patio Lantern is both a powerful insect repellent device and a functional and portable, long-lasting outdoor LED lantern, with both functions being usable separately or together. Providing a 15x15 ft mosquito-free zone, it is 98% effective (tested and used by the Department of Defense and the United States Army), making it the most effective insect repellent device on the market. It is also non-toxic, safe and non-intrusive, being DEET-free, silent, portable and odor free. Weighs only 13 ounces. Perfect for campsites, but also great for patios, backyards, decks, picnics and barbecues. Rather than a harmful toxin, ThermaCELL utilizes allethrin, an artificial version of a natural insecticide found in chrysanthemum flowers. The Lantern provides not only unmatched protection from biting insects, but ambient lighting for the campsite or other outdoor setting. Designed with a frosted globe, the lantern offers two illumination settings. The butane cartridge which powers the mosquito repellent provides 12 hours of power and is located on the interior for aesthetics and ease-of-use. 8 LEDs provide the light from the lantern, which has two settings controlled by a switch that is located on the base of the lantern and is powered by 4 AA batteries. $31.99, mosquitorepellent.com.

Tips:

Get bottled water and freeze it. Place it in your cooler. If it gets hot, you can take it out and as it melts, you will have cold water to drink. Unlike, ice, it won't "water down" your cooler! The bottles make good ice packs.

Don't forget to bring bottle openers and corkscrews, if necessary.

Have a theme for your tailgate. If it's Thanksgiving, bring a turkey. Or choose a theme based on the opponent.

Bring your food in zip-lock bags whenever possible. This way you can just throw the bags out, instead of trying to clean a bunch of Tupperware containers.

You can leave it in your car but you need to have access to a tool box to fix satellite tripods, broken tents, hammer in stakes, and a variety of minor emergencies.
