Chilled Strawberry Soup with Fresh Cream
Servings: 4 8 oz servings

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Wash, hull and quarter strawberries. With a blender, puree strawberry chunks, orange juice, yogurt and sugar. Add cream and mix until incorporated. Chill soup for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Pour soup into serving dishes. Garnish with a 1/2 strawberry and fresh cream
