Hydrangeas
Hydrangeas can be turned from pink to blue by making the soil more acidic when you plant the shrub. Add one cup of garden sulfur to the hole at planting time and then 1/2 cup directly to the soil surface at least twice a year from then on. In a year's time, you should start seeing the pink become blue.
