Equipment Needed

Large Pot – at least 3 gallons in size
Tubing & Clamp – to siphon and bottle the beer
Airtight Fermenting Bucket – 5 gallon plastic bucket with lid, or a glass carboy
Air Lock and Stopper – sized to fit your fermenter
Bottle Filler – sized to fit the end of your siphon tubing
Floating Thermometer – with a range of 0-100C or up from 32-220 F
High Quality Bottles – 5 gallons yields 2-1/2 cases of 12 oz. bottles
Bottle Brush – optional, but usually needed to clean bottles
Bottle Capper – hand-driven device to cap your bottles
Bottle Caps – new bottle caps, you need about 50 caps for a 5 gallon batch
Sanitizing Solution – iodophor and starsan are recommended and available at brew stores
